a population of 67,088 in Union City, we are the most densely populated
city in New Jersey. Among those living in Union City, 59% of our
residents were born outside of the United States. Past studies have
indicated that our schools’ population is 94.5% Latino/a, 3.5% White,
1.1% Asian, and 0.9% Black. The students who attend the public schools
reflect the families who live here.
